Step 1 - delete ALL forms that you have already created with Imported template, which you want to remove.
iPad / iPad 2
- Tap "Saved Forms" button
- For each saved form, that uses Imported template, make swipe gesture (left-to-right or right-to-left).
- Tap red "Delete" button, which will appear after you make the swipe.
- Or, open each form and press delete button.
Android
- Open each form and press delete button.

Step 2 - delete Imported template
iPad / iPad 2
- Tap Gear button and choose "Manage Form Templates".
- Find Imported template, which you want to remove, on the list.
- Make swipe gesture on it, and tap red "Delete" button, that will appear after the swipe.
Android
- Open "Manage Form Templates" window.
- Tap "Delete" button located next to the Imported template that you want to remove.

Currently, BlackBerry PlayBook version doesn't allow to remove individual templates.
- Please Uncheck the Template, and it won't appear on the list of Templates when you create New form.
