Option 1 - Email forms in HTML format

Emailed forms should be viewed in web browsers (preferably, FireFox or Safari) on computers, not on tablets.

Note: Mail programs on iPad or iPhone will not show the forms data, because they can't execute scripts populating forms data.

- Email completed form from your tablet in HTML format.
- In your email program, you should see that the form (.htm file) is
attached to the message.
- Choose to save (download) the attached file to your desktop computer.
- Then, find saved file in Windows Explorer (or Finder) and double click
on it.
- The form will be opened in your default web browser, most likely,
Internet Explorer (on Windows) or Safari (on Mac).
- Now, you can View or Print the form (from the web browser).
- Before printing, you can do Print Preview and adjust margins.

Option 2 - Email forms in PDF format

Note: This option is supported only on iPad / iPad 2, after in-app purchase.

- Email completed form from your iPad / iPad 2 in PDF format.
- In your email program, you should see that the form (.pdf file) is
attached to the message.
- Choose to save (download) the attached file to your desktop computer.
- Now, you can View or Print the form on your computer.

Please be aware that for the best quality of printed forms, it’s recommended to use Option 1 - Email forms in HTML format.
