Forms-2-Go app comes with many professionally built business forms: Invoices, Quotes, Sales orders, Purchase orders, Work orders, Expense reports, Receipts, Timesheets, etc.

Use this app to fill out forms directly on your device. At any time, they can be opened, reviewed or emailed.

Forms, that are shipped with the app, can be customized to include your company Name, Logo, Address and Contact information, or even Edited:
Change text on the forms, Prepopulate values in certain text fields, Embed your company logo inside the forms, Translate forms into a different language.

You can also change colors on each form, or put a stamp on it.

Internet is not required

Your staff members can work on forms even when they away from the office, and don't have Internet connection.

Later, when they have the Internet access, they can Email completed forms.

Also, completed forms can be Printed, either directly from the tablet (on AirPrint-compatible printer), of from a computer (after forms are emailed, or copied via iTunes).

Sign forms directly on device

These panels capture signature "ink", which will be shown on Printed or Emailed forms.

Email / Export / Print forms

Forms can be emailed or exported in these formats:

HTML (includes form layout and entered data, useful for later printing);
PDF (useful to prevent further form changes, and emailing to clients).
XML (entered data only, useful for importing data into spreadsheets or databases).
CSV (useful for importing data into spreadsheets).
F2GX (use this format to work on the same form with your colleagues).

Work with others

Forms-2-Go app supports collaboration - when multiple people can work on the same form on multiple devices: iPads, iPhones, Android tablets and smartphones, Windows PCs.

First person creates the form, fills some information, and then emails it (in special F2GX format) to second person. Second person receives the form, loads it in Forms-2-Go app (on any supported platform), enters additional information on the form, and then either sends it back to the first person, or to a third one, etc.

Use Clouds

You can store completed forms (in special F2GX format) on any Cloud system (like Dropbox, Box, Google Drive) that supports iOS devices.

Then, your colleagues can open the forms directly from the Cloud.
You can use this feature to exchange forms between different devices.

The app can even auto-sync your forms between different devices via iCloud.

Create your own forms

Forms need to be converted into HTML format before they can be imported into Forms-2-Go app.

You can do the HTML conversion by yourself.
